My research develops quantitative frameworks that connect monitoring data, contaminant occurrence, dietary exposure, health-economic losses, and optimized regulatory strategies for chemical and foodborne risks in food systems. Methodologically, I combine probabilistic exposure modeling, Bayesian networks, integer programming, multi-criteria decision analysis, and deep reinforcement learning to translate risk science into actionable decision-support tools for regulators, international organizations, and food supply-chain actors.
